Accommodation
- For overseas delegates, accommodation charges are included in the registration fee and they will be accommodated at the BARC Guest House.
- A limited number of accommodations will be available for Indian delegates/students at the BARC Guest House on a payment basis.
- Accommodation for only one author per contributory paper will be provided. Accompanying persons, if any, are requested to make their own arrangements.
- Delegates interested in staying at private hotels can book their accommodation directly with the hotels available outside Anushaktinagar.
Accommodation Information for Indian Student Participants
Indian student participants who meet the following criteria will be provided accommodation at the BARC Guest Houses on sharing basis:
- The Accommodation required? option has been selected as Yes in the My Profile section.
- At least one submitted abstract has been approved.
- Registration fees have been paid and the corresponding transaction details have been updated in the dashboard.
- Travel Details have been updated in the dashboard.
Detailed information regarding guest house allocation will be communicated in due course.
Accommodation charges are to be paid directly at the respective guest house reception.
