Eligibility for Waiver of Registration Fee & Travel Assistance

To avail the waiver, the following guidelines must be adhered to:

1. Affiliation of the Student

It is mandatory that the PhD student is a bonafide student at the respective institution during the symposium period. Additionally, the abstract submitted by the presenting student must be accepted by the organizing committee.

2. Travel Assistance

Limited travel assistance is available for needy PhD students, which will be provided after submission of required documents. The necessary documents include:

• A document signed by the Head of the Institute confirming that the student is not receiving any travel assistance from any other source.
• A scanned copy of the signed document and ticket details should be sent to us at convener.tsrp2026@israps.org.in before 10th Dec, 2025 for prior approval.
• Original tickets and a completed TA form (available at the conference registration desk) should be submitted for reimbursement. Travel assistance will be granted for the shortest distance onward and return journey by railway.

3. Registration Fee Waiver

If the presenting student has no financial support or fellowship, they may submit an application for a fee waiver. The application should be attested by the Head of the Institute and include a copy of the student’s ID card. Applications must be submitted before 10th Dec, 2025, for early consideration.

Both travel assistance and registration fee waiver cannot be availed simultaneously by any student.
